Minnesota SAF held a joint meeting with the Minnesota Chapter of the American Fisheries Society in Duluth on February 1-3, 2016. Their theme was “Watershed Thinking: Healthy Forests for Healthy Fisheries.” Some of the presentations from that conference have been posted online at 2016 Annual Meeting MNAFS-SAF (click on the topics that appear blue).

Wisconsin SAF congratulates three members who have achieved Golden membership status. Paul Pederson (Chippewa Chapter), Paul Litwin (Fox River Valley Chapter), and Fred Lintelmann (Mid-Wisconsin Chapter) have each been members of the Society of American Foresters for fifty years. Certificates and pins will be presented to these three members recognizing the accomplishment.
