Here is a brief look at what you can look forward to:
Day 1
A day filled with speakers on topics including: the cultural significance and history of white pine in Wisconsin, economic and ecological changes to Wisconsin’s white pine resource, updates on white pine silviculture research from around the state and country, and more!
Day 2
The Menominee tribe will give a field tour of their white pine management on their reservation. Tour will be half day ending around 1:00-2:00PM.
WI SAF is also asking for raffle donations for the Forester’s Fund. If anyone is interested in donating please contact Gary VanderWyst or Ron Schneider.
